WHY I SHOULD USE INFINITE VELOCITY Q) What's the difference between an Infinite Velocity computer, and one from Gateway or Dell? A) Actually, there's not much difference at all. If you removed the cases, they would look pretty much alike, because we use the same quality components as the "big guys" do. A) We back our computers with a one year parts and labor warranty and local service, often the same day. A) That machine has been sitting for a while, and may have several features you don't need, or lack some that you do. And the big box store don't offer the type of warranty that we do. You've heard the horror stories about people taking their machines in, not getting them back for 4-6 weeks and the hard drive has been wiped out. The stories are true. A) We talk with you to determine who will be using the computer, what type of software you'll be using, and what your specific needs are. A) Sure. A family with young children can probably start out with a basic Internet machine. Families with teenagers or college students often want enhanced graphics and CD burners. Home and small office users need power and RAM for memory intensive programs. Q) Do you deliver? A) Not only do we deliver, we actually set up your new machine and make sure you know how to use it, and get you on the Internet. A) We offer in-home training in everything from basic computer use to office programs and email. Q) The big box store told me it's cheaper just to get a new machine. Is that true? A) No, it's always more economical to upgrade. The big box stores don't make any money on upgrades, so they try and persuade you to buy new. We'll use whatever parts we can from your existing machine, and put them in a new top of the line computer. A) We sure do, and we can replace your old video card, modem, install a new CD burner, or get you an LCD monitor. A) We want to make sure you're happy with your purchase.
